Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm, closed for lunch 12:pm - 1:00pm

Our practice is committed to providing you with excellent care, and the payment of your bill is a part of successful treatment. Our financial policy is based on an open and honest discussion of our fees. You will be asked to read and sign a copy of this policy prior to treatment. Minors
At Gentle Smiles of Colorado, we know the critical value of early dental care. Payment for services of the treatment of minors can be made by cash, check or credit card, and is the responsibility of the adult accompanying that minor. You and your child can explore our website to get a better idea of what to expect during your first visit with a general dentist.
Financial Consent
The patient or guardian agrees to be fully responsible for the total payment of treatments performed in this office. Review our FAQ section or contact us ahead of your appointment if you would like any clarification prior to your initial visit with Gentle Smiles of Colorado.
Missed Appointments
Our policy is to charge $35 for missed appointments unless they are canceled 24 hours in advance. Once an appointment has been scheduled, please remember that this time has been specifically reserved for you. This better enables us to serve your needs. Be sure to call our staff at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule so that you can avoid paying the $35 fee. Collection Fees
In the case that additional fees are incurred to collect payment to our office, these fees will be billed to and payable by the patient. Please explore our payment options and reach out to our staff if you have additional questions about finances.
Missed Charge at Time of Service
We reserve the right to add any missed charges to the account. Again, you can reach our offices with any questions about payment and services. We’re available via phone from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.
